Press Release Summary: Commence CRM Solution Right for TPS Consulting for Decades

Press Release Body: Commence Corporation (www.commence.com) is a leading provider of
Customer Relationship Management solutions. The company's products are designed to
provide growing businesses with flexible solutions that leverage the Web to offer an
integrated platform for managing sales execution and customer service. Commence
supports several thousand customers through a worldwide distribution network, with
outlets in North and South America, Europe and Asia.

According to Nigel A. Park, Managing Director for UK-based, TPS Consulting
International Limited, "I personally started using Commence in 1988 when it was
called IBM Current. At the time, I ran a small team of consultants for a division of
Italian International Bank in London and needed an application that was flexible
enough to meet our particular requirements. At that time there very few applications
in this particular field but we had tried ACT, Sidekick and also Lotus Agenda. I
was introduced to Commence through IBM who was just about to start selling the
product in the UK and gave me a pre release version to try. We so impressed that it
could do most of what we wanted immediately and the additional requirements were
easily catered for as the application allowed a high degree of customization which
the need for extensive IT skills."

In 1993 Park left full time employment to set up his own company specializing in
providing consultancy services related to business relationship management. Park
quickly added, "Commence was of course chosen as our core application. The key
benefit we experienced by using Commence was the ability to run the whole business
with a single application. We didn't need separate diary, address book, sales
management, job management and marketing systems. Indeed in our early days we even
made Commence do our basic accounting and tax returns. It should be said that
Commence is not an accounting system and as our business has grown we adopted a
dedicated accounting application. In addition, as we were a small team, often
traveling around the world, we needed a system that allowed everyone to stay in
touch. The internet and technology in general was nowhere near as fast or
sophisticated as it is today, yet in the early to mid 90's, here was an application
that allowed the sharing of data via synchronization. At the time this was
revolutionary for a small software package at a low cost and 15 years later we take
it for granted. Our business has grown and we have introduced Commence into a number
of our clients, with over 100 users and the synchronization is fast stable and
flexible enough to work across different mediums to suit the individual company."

According to Larry Caretsky, President of Commence CRM, "We are delighted that TPS
has been able to gain so much benefit from the technology solutions we provide for
such a long time."

Park noted his greatest surprise with Commence CRM is that, "Twenty years after I
started using it I have not found a better application that meets a business's needs
as this does. In this time there has been the rise and fall of the Lotus suites,
the rise of Microsoft, the growth of the internet and the "free" applications. Yet
as a business owner and advisor, my clients and I need a low cost, highly functional
application that is reliable, allows my team to modify it without being "techies"
and allows our users to enter and share information anywhere in the world without
the need for a high cost hardware and communications infrastructure."
